Compass Plus is our parent program that supports helping older adults and their families navigate life transitions with Care, Experise, and a Nationwide Network of Real Estate agents.
We will help you through the process of identifying people and services to help with the transition. These include:
Getting to know the needs of those that need help
Understanding the timelines and helping to schedule and project manage them
Helping you find the right situation for the transitionee
Identifying the work that may need to be done to their current home, either to help them stay longer, or to prepare to market the property.
Referrals: Agent and Trade / Specialists
A list of qualified, accredited Compass Agents in other parts of teh country should relcoation be the best option (e.g., to live closer to relatives).

Certified Senior Advisors (CSA®)
Compass Plus agents are specially educated and certified by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA®). As such they have demonstrated advanced knowledge in the multiple processes of aging and have an understanding of the key health, financial and social issues affecting older adults.
